Reaching Agreement: Managing Conflict with Confidence and Composure – Half-Day Workshop
A half-day program which uses a four-step model for delivering bad news and reaching agreement on differing perspectives. Participants will develop a stronger skill set and increased confidence in approaching challenging interactions and getting the results they need.
Team Skills for Team Member- Half Day Workshop
A half-day course targeting skill enhancement in effective problem solving and collaboration skills for individual contributors on a team. Participants discuss and apply tools to make a stronger contribution in a team environment.
Team Leadership Course (TLC)- Full Day Workshop
A full day workshop that builds on a simple but powerful model for transforming a group into a winning team. Team leaders will clarify their team vision and assess their current effectiveness in key areas such as role clarity, clear goals, communication strategies and collaboration skills.
