Leigh completed her MA in Organizational Communication at San Diego State University and received her Executive Coaching training at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with California state-specific certification (SPHR-CA) and a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM.
