She founded Partnerships In Change fueled by a mission to create more empowering and successful companies through transformational leadership and inspiring teamwork. Dana’s clients represent healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services, entertainment, government, and education. Dana’s passion for being a learning catalyst began in her role as the Director of Learning and Development for a Fortune 500 Global Technology Company where she orchestrated and facilitated the design and delivery of innovative leadership development programs. Her proven success led her to found Partnerships In Change in 1990 ~ a consulting firm with a mission to inform inspire and transform leadership and teamwork.
Dana is a certified and accredited facilitator of The Five Behaviors of a Team, Everything DiSC, and several 360-degree assessments. She holds a BA and a MA in Communication from SDSU and has served as adjunct faculty for Human Resource Management Program at San Diego State University
